On May 13, the Vietnamese government released official letter No 416/CD-TTg regarding the suspension of Covid-19 test requirement for all travelers entering Vietnam from May 15, 2022. 

The letter also indicates that this decision was taken on the basis that severe COVID-19 cases, hospitalizations and related deaths have significantly decreased in the last 2 months.

Travelers entering Vietnam from today are therefore no longer required to be tested negative for COVID-19 to fly to Vietnam.
